шло около 3х недель до тверской области.после получения товара оставила на зарядке,зарядилось приблизительно через 2 часа. к самсунгу а31 подошёл идеально.включила блютуз,там они определились как м 12.звук чистый,басс отличный, что касается звонков еще не пробовала.у меня зарядки самих наушников хватило почти на 5 часов беспрерывного использования.из минусов:когда они заряжаются,шкала показывает обратный отсчёт от большего к меньшему.инструкцию по эксплуатации можно перевести в яндексе по фото.
